8am. You are lying in a hammock, swinging in the early morning breeze at one of the all inclusive travel resorts you found online. You gaze at the palms swaying over your head and you feel peaceful – and incredibly happy. In fact, you haven’t felt this happy in a long while. Suddenly, your alarm clock rings. You jump out of bed, stubbing your toe on the table beside your bed, wondering why the alarm went off just now, when you’re sure you set it to 6 am the night before. The remnants of your beautiful dream vanish as you run to the bathroom. You’re running late again. When you finally finish getting dressed and head out the door, you are greeted by traffic. The streets are congested, the cars bumper-to-bumper and honking, drivers yelling at each other in frustration. You sigh. You simply have to run to work today.
